Established in 2026, the Shaw and Partners Foundation New Zealand was created to strengthen the communities in which we live and work through giving, volunteering, and meaningful partnerships.

The Foundation provides a platform for Shaw and Partners employees to make a positive impact beyond the workplace, supporting charitable organisations and community initiatives that create lasting change across New Zealand.

Through charitable donations, fundraising initiatives, employee volunteering, and community partnerships, the Foundation brings together the generosity, expertise, and passion of our people to support causes that make a real difference.

With a focus on health and wellbeing, supporting vulnerable communities, and creating opportunities for future generations, the Foundation is committed to backing initiatives that deliver lasting outcomes and strengthen communities throughout New Zealand.

SPIRIT OF ADVENTURE TRUSTInvesting in Young New Zealanders

The Shaw and Partners Foundation has partnered with the Spirit of Adventure Trust to provide scholarships for young New Zealanders to take part in a voyage aboard the Spirit of New Zealand.


Supporting these scholarships reflects the Foundation's belief in the value of investing in young New Zealanders. By providing access to the programme, we hope to help equip participants with the confidence, skills, and mindset to make a positive contribution to their communities and their future.
