Shaw and Partners Financial Services is excited to announce the official launch of the 2025-26 Shaw and Partners 18ft skiff. Recently arriving in Auckland, this remarkable vessel is the first brand-new 18ft skiff to join the New Zealand scene in eight years, marking a significant milestone for both the company and the sport of sailing.

As Shaw and Partners sought a partnership that aligned with our core values - high performance, navigating complex conditions, making informed decisions, and achieving long-term goals - teaming up with the 18ft skiff team was a natural fit.

Built by Van Munster Boats in Australia, the new Shaw and Partners 18ft skiff is a true work of craftsmanship. After being shipped to Auckland, the boat was fitted out by C-Tech and North Sails. This collaboration has resulted in a high-performance vessel ready to compete on the world stage.

The Shaw and Partners 18ft skiff crew in New Zealand is preparing for an exciting summer season, with a focused goal of reclaiming the prestigious JJ Giltinan World Championship in Sydney in March 2026.

Shaw and Partners Financial Services is set to have an even greater impact on the 18ft skiff racing scene in 2025-2026, with sponsorships in both New Zealand and Australia.

A four-boat team will be sent across the ditch, where the two Shaw and Partners sponsored skiffs will go head-to-head for the first time.
